Open to what
lies within.

Psychotherapy that makes room for the feelings and patterns we have learned to set aside.

Much of what shapes us sits just out of view — feelings we have learned to quieten, reactions that seem to come from nowhere, patterns that repeat no matter how hard we try. Therapy with Tahnee is a space to slow down and turn toward those parts of yourself: to notice them, to understand where they come from, and to let them be heard.

What might open up, if you stopped holding it all at a distance?
